Job Overview At Clinisys , we're looking for a Project Manager to deliver complex software implementation projects for NHS and private healthcare organisations across the UK, primarily supporting our ICE Order Communications solution . We're specifically seeking candidates with experience managing customer-facing software projects whilst working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider . Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering customer facing software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Experience working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider .
  • Experience managing challenging stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and issues.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
  • Experience using project planning and project management tools.
  • A working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes.
  • A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience delivering healthcare software projects.
  • Experience working with the NHS or private healthcare organisations.
  • Experience delivering order comms, EPR solutions or other diagnostics /laboratory software implementation projects
  • Familiarity with ICE order comms solution would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and customer handover.
  • Owning project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and resource coordination.
  • Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Leading project meetings, governance activities and customer communications.
  • Providing regular project status updates and delivery reporting.
  • Supporting software go-lives and transition to support teams.
  • Managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects at any one time.
