About The Position

The Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado. The position reports to the Vice President of Construction and partners with the Construction Executive on subcontractor interactions, client proposals, and contract administration and management. The Project Manager works with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules, directs the project team to complete projects safely and on time, and performs on-site Project Manager duties on small-scope projects.

Requirements

• Multi-family construction experience is required.
• Podium construction experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals.
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Work with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling on project estimates and schedules.
• Direct the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small-scope projects.
