About The Position
A multifamily developer/general contractor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for construction projects. The position reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive. The Assistant Superintendent interacts with subcontractors, provides direction to the project team to help complete projects safely and on time, and performs on-site Assistant Superintendent duties.
Requirements
- Multifamily construction experience is required.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Podium and wrap project experience.
Responsibilities
