About The Position
A multifamily developer/general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to perform on-site superintendent duties and help ensure projects are completed safely and on time. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and works with subcontractors and project leadership on contract administration and management.
Requirements
- Multifamily construction experience is required.
- Southeastern construction experience is required.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Podium and wrap project experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with subcontractors.
- Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
- Provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
- Perform on-site Superintendent duties.
