About The Position

A multifamily construction and development group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent. The position reports to the Superintendent and supports job-site operations, including submittals, quantities and procurement, scheduling, supervision of job engineers, and coordination with field supervision and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Experience in multifamily construction is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Podium or wrap construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle submittals, quantities and procurement, and general job-site scheduling.
• Supervise job engineers who assist the Project Engineer with primary responsibilities.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Serve as a liaison to field supervision, including internal superintendents and foremen and subcontractor personnel.
