About The Position

The client is hiring a Project Manager - T&S to manage large, complex transmission and substation (T&S) major projects from budgetary approval through completion. The role leads project teams to deliver within approved budgets and schedules, coordinates construction schedules and clearance planning with T&S Construction, and provides monthly budget forecast-spend reports. It also produces and submits FERC compliance documentation, supports final job closeout, and works directly with T&S major project leadership to resolve challenges.

The posting identifies an onsite position in Pensacola, Florida, with a remote option also referenced. For the onsite position, candidates must be available to work 100% of the time at the client's Pensacola site and able to relocate as required. Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the client's site in Pensacola, Florida, for the onsite position.
• 15 or more years of experience leading Transmission & Substation or related projects, with high-level engineering and project management expertise.
• Experience with budget management and forecast-spend reporting.
• Experience with schedule management and clearance planning.
• Experience producing and submitting FERC compliance documentation.
• Experience with contract administration.
• Experience with risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Candidates for the onsite position must be able to relocate as required.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities
