About The Position

The Project Manager at Lumin Digital is responsible for managing a high volume of concurrent projects for clients that are live on the Lumin platform. These projects vary in complexity and size and may include feature enhancements, third-party integrations, and consulting efforts. This role also supports internal development initiatives by collaborating with Product and Development teams to define, plan, and deliver cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is committed to continuous learning, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four (4) years of project management experience, preferably in financial technology or enterprise software implementation
  • Experience leading implementations for financial institutions
  • Experience working in the Information Technology and/or Financial Technology industry
  • Proficiency with project planning and project management tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify challenges and implement prompt, effective solutions
  • Commitment to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on timely and successful delivery
  • Leadership skills to motivate team members and drive the achievement of project goals

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate deliveries of Lumin Digital’s online banking platform and ancillary products and services.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent small to medium-scale projects for existing clients across various scopes and timelines.
  • Create and manage project schedules, work plans, and resource coordination.
  • Consult with clients to understand requests and turn these requests into actionable items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to facilitate the implementation of their products and services.
  • Provide proactive status reporting and risk mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team.
  • Assemble and lead status meetings for key stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
