This position is responsible for conducting all inpatient interviews for Nursing Assistant, CNA, and RN roles and works closely with inpatient unit leaders as part of the Service Operation Center (SOC) team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is highly detail oriented, as the role requires extensive tracking and documentation using Microsoft tools such as Excel logs, SharePoint sites, Microsoft Lists, and Teams. This is a desk-based position. This position is responsible for the development, planning, management, and coordination of cross-functional, complex system wide or department initiatives, projects and meetings. The RN Project manager is responsible for providing and coordinating strategic project management, analysis, and strategic decision-making support. The RN project manager manages both direct and virtual teams through the development, planning, management, and coordination of various system and departmental initiatives and related projects. The RN project manager provides leadership, coaching, strategic direction, work assignments, facilitation, communication, project structure/plans, and technical and clinical expertise. The RN project manager fills a key position as an analytic and strategic business partner, enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive change and promote stewardship of resources.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire
  • 5 years Nursing Experience
