Under direct supervision, the Food Service Attendant prepares and portions a variety of foods requiring short preparation for patients. This role involves delivering meals and nourishments to patients, while providing high quality customer service. The attendant must comply with HACCP guidelines and ensure proper washing and sanitizing of work areas and equipment.
