Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Science or education and training equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical or biological science with sufficient clinical laboratory experience on human specimens to meet Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification requirements through a nationally accrediting agency, e.g. American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the American Medical Technologists (AMT).
• Within 1 year of hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology
• Within 1 year of hire: National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology
• Within 1 year of hire: National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts
• Within 1 year of hire: National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire: National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology
