About The Position
Paul Davis is seeking a Project Manager to serve the community during their time of need. This role involves scoping and managing restoration projects, communicating with clients and adjusters, identifying and managing subtrades and staff, and managing project margins. The Project Manager will celebrate project completions with homeowners and their team.
Requirements
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous project management experience is an asset, including certifications in water, fire, mold, trauma and Lead.

Responsibilities
- Serve your community when it needs it the most
- Scope and manage restoration projects
- Communicate with clients and adjusters
- Help identify and manage subtrades and staff on projects
- Manage project margins
- Celebrate completion of projects with homeowners, grateful to be back in their homes and businesses, along with your Project Managers and office team members
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R such as Net Promoter Score of 60
- Profitably scope estimates
- Sign projects to get started
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
- Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit
- Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.
- Participate in local community events
- Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA's
- Seek partnerships to improve performance of the team

- Base commission. Our current PMs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
