About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Project Manager - Residential on behalf of a valued client partner in the residential services / skilled trades sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Project Manager - Residential opportunity. We are seeking a field-driven project leader who can manage residential projects from signed contract through final completion while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. This role requires ownership mentality, subcontractor coordination skills, scheduling discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. We are prioritizing professionals with consistent tenure, strong customer-facing backgrounds, and proven project ownership experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades
  • Strong customer-facing / homeowner-facing experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or crews
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Self-managed professional who does not require micromanagement
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado
  • Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Nice To Haves

  • Residential construction experience preferred over commercial
  • Painting industry experience helpful but not required
  • Skilled trades background such as roofing, siding, HVAC, flooring, windows, fencing, remodeling
  • Experience with CompanyCam, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
  • Experience with estimating software such as PainScout or similar
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and field-management tools
  • Performance-driven candidates motivated by bonus earnings

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end from contract execution through completion
  • Coordinate schedules between homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare clients for project start, timelines, scope, and logistics
  • Maintain organized records for schedules, client details, project scope, and contractor data
  • Resolve issues quickly to preserve customer satisfaction and referrals
  • Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active jobsites
  • Support revenue, review, and budget targets tied to bonus structure
