About The Position

The Project Manager, Operations Transformation leads multi-site manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on productivity, throughput, labor optimization, and operational standardization. The role delivers enterprise manufacturing improvements across multiple facilities, owning cross-functional projects from end to end and working with plant leadership to align execution. It also monitors project performance and milestones, identifies operational risks and mitigation strategies, and ensures measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership.
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects.

Nice To Haves

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience in automation deployment.
• Experience in production system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects.
• Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop standardized implementation plans.
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and milestone achievement.
• Ensure measurable operational outcomes are achieved.
• Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives.
• Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
