About The Position

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is not a testing-focused role. The position is an onsite, one-year W-2 contract assignment in Miami, Florida, and reports to the onsite Manager. The role involves coordinating project deliverables, risks, dependencies, action items, stakeholders, and ORT activities, while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time and reporting is clear and ready for leadership.

Requirements

At least 5 years of project management or operational readiness experience.
Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting.
Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities.
Ability to complete deliverables accurately and on time.
Ability to produce clear, concise, leadership-ready reporting.

Responsibilities
