Project Manager Land Development
About The Position
Dewberry is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for its Panama City, Florida office. The role offers the opportunity to work with a team of professionals, contribute to challenging client projects, and use current technology in a professional services environment. The position focuses on site planning and land development, including design and management of grading, stormwater management, urban drainage, erosion and sediment control, roadways, utilities, and site plans for residential, commercial, retail, institutional, and recreational facilities. The Project Manager will also support business development and lead and mentor project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 or more years of experience in site planning and land development.
- Proven business development experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring project teams.
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills.
- Technical competency in roadway, utilities, and drainage design and construction.
- Alabama Professional Engineering license.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire to work and manage in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and produce land development and site planning projects.
- Design grading, stormwater management, urban drainage, soil erosion and sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities, and site plans.
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Support business development.
