About The Position
Atwell, LLC is hiring a Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group. The role involves working on diverse land development projects of varying sizes and complexities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The position collaborates with production staff on preliminary and final site plans and construction documents, provides technical engineering and construction support, and guides junior team members. Atwell describes training and mentoring to develop Project Manager skills, with the potential to grow into a Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production staff to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
- Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology and hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports.
- Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members, including support for permit applications and quantity estimates.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget.
- Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring.
