About The Position

LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) graduated 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); and Program Management. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines. We are looking for an Project Manger(Janitorial) to support the interior spaces at the Oklahoma City Main VA Medical Center, Lawton Main Clinic, Lawton North Clinic, and Stillwater CBOC (Clinical Based Outpatient Clinic) in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in managing large complex teams in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. A minimum of the last (2) years shall be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements. Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Requirements

Minimum of (5) years' experience in managing large complex teams in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
Managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.
