About The Position

Clean Solution Services Inc. is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Janitorial Project Manager to lead cleaning operations in Kansas City, Missouri. The role oversees janitorial operations across multiple client sites, manages and supports staff, and ensures quality service and client satisfaction. The position includes responsibility for inspections and quality control, client communication, supply and equipment management, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and employee training. Compensation is $68,000 to $78,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in janitorial, facilities management, or a related supervisory role in buildings of at least 400,000 square feet, such as federal buildings, courthouses, and/or hospitals.
ISSA Certification Expert, Cleaning Management Institute Custodial Supervisor Certification, or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple client sites.
Schedule, supervise, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
Conduct site inspections and quality-control walkthroughs to maintain service standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Train and onboard new janitorial team members on procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with janitorial staff, supervisors, leads, subcontractors, and clients.
