About The Position

The Project Manager I Install - Indirect works with clients to manage installation projects, performing duties personally. The role plans and coordinates installation work, monitors project quality and timeliness at job sites, addresses issues that could cause delays or increase costs, and maintains production data. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan installation projects and establish priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to check quality standards and project schedules.
• Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction and communicate recommendations for improvement to the Field Supervisor and/or Installation Manager.
• Review installation orders or schedules to determine the resources needed to complete projects on time.
• Review reports and resolve problems to minimize costs and prevent installation delays.
• Develop or revise standard operational and working practices, and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compile, store, and retrieve production data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
