The Project Manager position is part of CAPC’s Clinical Education team – the team responsible for developing online clinical educational tools and technical assistance to support clinicians nationwide who are either part of palliative care programs or who want to learn more about incorporating palliative care principles into their clinical care settings. CAPC’s Clinical Education curriculum reflects the highest adult learning best practices, is award-winning and has been used to educate more than 170,000 clinicians across the United States. CAPC works with external subject matter experts and palliative care leaders nationally to identify best practices in palliative care clinical practice; and the Clinical Education team translates these best practices into practical online curricular deliverables for dissemination to clinicians. CAPC clinical education courses, workshops, certificate programs, and learning pathways provide continuing education (CE) credits for physicians, physician associates, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers and case managers.
