About The Position

Cycle Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a field-based Registered Nurse to join Cycle Vita, its Patient Support Hub, as a Clinical Education Manager for Neurology. The remote role is for candidates located within or around the West Coast of the United States. The manager works with healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers, clinical institutions, specialist pharmacies, and internal teams to provide education and advice and support patients throughout their treatment journeys. The role focuses on neurological therapies, including the MS therapies Tascenso and Bafiertam. It involves delivering patient education and support in person at patients’ homes and clinics or remotely by phone, video, or app. The position is full-time, home-based, and includes approximately 25% travel depending on patient, project, or business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing and/or a related field.
Proven clinical practice experience or experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Current nursing license in good standing in assigned state(s); compact licensure may be needed.
Good understanding of patient access, hub services, specialty products in the rare disease space, reimbursement, adherence programs, and patient assistance programs.
Strong case management background, including the ability to liaise across patient support services, assist patients and caregivers with prescribed therapy, and provide clinical training.
Emotional resilience, a positive attitude, exceptional listening skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience in neurology, specifically Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient motivational interviewing programs and share insights with the executive leadership team.
Maintain an effective call schedule for patients and healthcare professionals while meeting performance goals.
Guide patients and caregivers through reimbursement and financial support options.
Support smooth transitions to Cycle products, including new therapy starts and switches.
Provide specialist training on the MS therapies Tascenso and Bafiertam in patients’ homes, clinics, or remotely by phone, video, or app.
Act as a Patient Concierge by building relationships with patients and caregivers and promoting treatment adherence and check-ins.
Partner with Sales Account Managers to introduce new healthcare professionals to Cycle Vita services.
Respond promptly and compassionately to patient and office inquiries.
Represent Cycle Vita at patient support events and relevant industry conferences.
