About The Position
The Project Manager position is part of CAPC’s Clinical Education team, responsible for developing online clinical educational tools and technical assistance to support clinicians nationwide. This role supports clinicians who are part of palliative care programs or who want to learn more about incorporating palliative care principles into their clinical care settings. CAPC’s Clinical Education curriculum adheres to adult learning best practices, is award-winning, and has educated over 170,000 clinicians. The team collaborates with external subject matter experts and palliative care leaders to identify best practices, which are then translated into practical online curricular deliverables for clinicians. CAPC clinical education courses, workshops, certificate programs, and learning pathways offer continuing education (CE) credits for various healthcare professionals including physicians, physician associates, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, and case managers.
