About The Position

CI Select is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager––Falkbuilt to join our industry-leading team. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate wall system projects from concept to completion, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience. You'll collaborate with Workplace Consultants, Designers, clients, vendors, and service providers––making a direct impact on CI Select's reputation for quality and innovative wall solutions. Your leadership will help us deliver seamless, high-quality installations and inspire confidence in every project.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management).
3 or more years of experience in account or project management within the prefabricated wall solutions or demountable walls industry or 5 or more years of experience in construction project management preferred.
Valid state issued driver's license required.
Valid state issued Class E Chauffeurs license required (or must be obtained).
Must have proof of automobile liability insurance.
Someone that can commit to up to 20% travel (mostly out of state).

Responsibilities

Provide on-site project management for Falkbuilt installation teams.
Coordinate project management activities with schedules for client, architects, engineers, designers, and the factory.
Point of contact and communicator for project including weekly and monthly reports with progress photos (we like lots of pictures), identify issues before they happen, and find solutions.
Work with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives during preconstruction and construction. Lead value engineering efforts and propose alternative solutions with the project stakeholders.
Review project proposal/plans and contracts including time frame, funding margins, and procedures and scope of work for contracts
Estimate installation of projects based on bid specs, with support from Falkbuilt HQ
Coordinate project team to ensure timely coordination of submitttsals, RFI’s, and plan revisions
Complete accurate site dimensions for order entry
Create and submit accurate Change Orders and Punch Item orders in a timely fashion
Coordinate procurement schedules and provide takeoffs to purchasing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials
