Project Engineer - Falkbuilt

About The Position

CI Select is seeking an organized, curious, and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing Falkbuilt team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management, construction, architectural products, or workplace design. As a Project Engineer, you'll support the planning and execution of Falkbuilt wall system projects from concept through installation. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, Workplace Consultants, Designers, clients, and installation teams while learning the skills needed to successfully manage projects of your own.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management).
  • 3 or more years of experience in account or project management within the prefabricated wall solutions or demountable walls industry or 5 or more years of experience in construction project management preferred.
  • Valid state issued driver's license required.
  • Valid state issued Class E Chauffeurs license required (or must be obtained).
  • Must have proof of automobile liability insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Someone that can commit to up to 20% travel (mostly out of state).

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating Falkbuilt projects.
  • Attend project meetings and document key action items and follow-up activities.
  • Help coordinate project schedules with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and installation teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Assist with organizing project photos, site documentation, and installation updates.
  • Help prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements alongside senior team members.
  • Help process change orders and punch list items.
  • Participate in project site visits and installation activities.
