The Project Manager will identify opportunities to enhance client experience, support the company's vision, and adhere to security policies. Additionally, they will document processes for training, utilize metrics to monitor production, help build team culture, participate in capacity planning and corrective action processes, and engage in operational initiatives for continuous improvement.
