About The Position

abra professional services is seeking a Project Manager & Business Systems Analyst. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager & Business Systems Analyst to lead cross-functional business and technology initiatives, drive system transformation projects, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires strong project management capabilities, hands-on systems analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise working with Salesforce and ERP platforms. A full-time, hybrid position based in the Sharon area, Israel.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Project Management and/or Systems Analysis.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with Salesforce (mandatory).
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end business and technology processes.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from business need identification through implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Analyze business processes and design end-to-end system solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Drive execution, prioritization, and delivery while coordinating internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support a major enterprise systems transformation initiative and lead continuous improvement efforts following implementation.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces while ensuring project quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and improve operational efficiency through technology.
  • Take full ownership of project progress, risks, decision-making, and successful delivery.
