About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in the Wealth Management domain to support Client's business and technology initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and driving system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Wealth Management domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL (data querying and analysis).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA (ticket creation, tracking, workflow management).
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence (documentation creation and collaboration).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for proposed system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business leaders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation.
  • Support system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and status tracking activities.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting throughout the project lifecycle.
