About the position
A Legion Project Manager is responsible for organizing Customer Success Delivery programs and managing multiple concurrent projects. They support other Project Managers by updating reports, creating tools, and executing PMO processes. The role focuses on successfully implementing Legion WFM within budget and on time, while also ensuring consistent project management quality and accuracy. The Project Manager will be involved in project management and program management across a portfolio of Legion WFM implementation projects. They will work closely with stakeholders, guide project teams, manage risks and issues, and provide project updates to various stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating professional presentations, tracking relevant artifacts, managing project scope and timelines, and coordinating activities across Legion, vendor, and customer teams.

- Support the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Ensure projects are running on time and to budget
- Provide project updates to stakeholders
- Provide a seamless implementation journey and drive high adoption
- Manage the work delivered by the project team
- Create professional presentations for discussions and workshops with customers
- Track relevant artifacts regarding customer success criteria, risk, change, and scope management
- Ensure support SLAs are met
- Use FinancialForce PSA to create and update project plans and resource requests
- Manage changes to project scope/timelines with change orders and SOWs
- Own project escalations and manage the relationship with customers
- Coordinate activities across Legion, vendor, and customer teams
- Communicate upcoming release themes and dates to the customer
- Become a trusted advisor to customers
- Deliver projects within budget and on time
- Align customer expectations and project timelines
- Commit to the sustainability of project management discipline at Legion

Requirements
- 3+ years experience of enterprise software implementation program and project management
- Workforce Management and/or Retail experience
- PMP, CAPM or similar certification holder
- Experience with Agile scrum-based project management
- Experience leading implementation partners on a project
- Organized and plans for customer meetings to get effective outcomes and ensure the customer is on track in the project plan
- Polished English language communicator, persuasive presenter, fast on your feet, and innately organized; superb negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Strong background in WFM system deployment methodology and processes
- Experience in operating environments in retail, hospitality, restaurant or other industries to understand and identify labor challenges that Legion solves
- Experience establishing or improving a Project Management Office (PMO) in software delivery teams
- Be familiar with compliance and labor laws and how they impact customers
- Personal passion and fervor for industry-leading next-generation technology
- Experience presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings
- Experience training project managers
