About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Project Management team in various administrative and project-related tasks. The role involves assisting with project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities. The Project Management Associate will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is based at our Corporate Office in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Experience in the non-profit or affordable housing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Support the procurement process for project-related goods and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Project Management department.
