Requirements

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and supplies throughout the day
Computer skills, with the ability to learn the systems used by our receiving operation
Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skills
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in receiving, shipping, or mailroom operations, preferred

Responsibilities

Receive and document incoming FedEx and UPS deliveries; produce receiving for store departments using internal systems
Deliver received packages to store and corporate departments daily
Process outgoing FedEx, UPS, and DHL packages for pickup, and maintain accurate records
Create receiving documents for cosmetics, salon, jewelry, travel, accessories, and optical merchandise; forward copies to the Internet department
Complete daily delivery runs of mail to sites such as USPS
Collect recycling and used toner for corporate offices
Deliver paper stock to departments as requested
Keep daily receiving records organized and filed
Safely operate a freight elevator
