HII Mission Technologies’ New Nuclear Group is seeking a Project Management Analyst 3 to support the program office with data-driven insights, reporting, and project analysis. This role will be responsible for gathering, validating, and consolidating project information from cross‑functional teams to support recurring reports, reviews, and status briefings. The analyst will also help develop, enhance, and maintain the reporting and metrics criteria, processes, and procedures that guide program performance visibility and decision-making. This position requires a detail‑oriented, analytical professional who is comfortable working with large data sets, coordinating across multiple functional areas, and producing clear, accurate program documentation. This position is contingent upon contract award

Requirements

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have experience working within SharePoint environments.
  • Candidate must have the ability to develop, track, and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Candidate must have strong familiarity with document control processes and best practices.
  • Candidate must have experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors.
  • Candidate must have experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on program or project performance metrics.
  • Candidate must have strong ability to communicate within a cross functional and poses good collaboration skills especially with geographically distributed personnel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with nuclear manufacturing or the commercial nuclear sector
  • Experience supporting multi-million dollar projects and/or program
  • CAPM, PMP or other project management certification
  • Experience with MS office suite, expertise in excel and PPT, scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera

Responsibilities

  • Support the current projects by tracking relevant data and metrics, developing and updating reports, providing administrative and document related support.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with project member and others within the organization to complete their work.
  • Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules (including logistics).
  • Coordinate across the project team and other internal stakeholders as well as with subcontractors as needed.
  • Develop, propose, and implement solutions for material or logistics related issues in order to maintain program and project goals.
