About The Position
We are looking for a motivated Project Lead to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Life Sciences or Engineering who want to build a career in project delivery, customer engagement, and process excellence. As part of our Professional Service team, Project Leads work at the forefront of customer transformation initiatives. They coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive the successful implementation of technology-enabled process lifecycle solutions, ensuring customers realize measurable value from their investment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects and act as the main point of contact during implementation
- Coordinate specialist teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items; facilitate project meetings and workshops
- Support implementation and onboarding, maintain project documentation, and improve delivery processes
