About The Position

RTX's Pratt & Whitney is seeking a motivated individual pursuing an engineering degree to join its Hot Section Engineering (HSE) Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) team as a summer intern. This role will support field investigations, development hardware management, validation testing, and production delivery. The intern will also participate in project management of engineering tasks, including creating schedules and tracking progress, developing review packages for engineering changes, and assisting in the creation of risk management plans. The intern will work within a team to meet requirements and achieve program goals, gaining an understanding of the aerospace industry and RTX's operations.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship session.
Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
Experience using project management tools such as MS project, Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence or equivalent.
Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Responsibilities
