About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Project Delivery Management Lead for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role partners with stakeholders and leaders to establish target outcomes, coordinate delivery across multiple organizations, and keep program execution aligned with outcomes and timelines. The lead facilitates program routines, communication, dependency and risk management, and reporting to stakeholders and leadership. The role also tracks success metrics, manages program financials, assists with resource planning, and contributes to defining or improving change management. The position is based onsite with the client in Jersey City, New Jersey, four days per week, and requires five days away per quarter under the client mandate.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT project management, including change management experience and BAC project management tools and capabilities.
- An associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities
- Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.
- Build relationships with business and technology leaders across organizations, as well as with Compliance and Risk.
- Coordinate and facilitate program routines, including project kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder and steering committee meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve target outcomes and timelines.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal.
- Provide stakeholders and leadership with status updates on outcomes, delivery, risks and issues, and schedules.
- Ensure execution aligns with target outcomes in collaboration with the sponsor and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage program financials and assist with resource planning.
- Provide input to define or improve change management.
