About The Position

Domino’s is seeking dependable, energetic Delivery Drivers to provide outstanding customer service, ensure accurate orders and safe deliveries, and help maintain store cleanliness and operational standards. The role suits someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things correctly. Drivers may also assist with food preparation and other in-store tasks as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance when using a personal vehicle.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Accurately assemble and double-check orders before leaving the store.
• Handle cash and electronic payments according to money-handling guidelines.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
• Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional store image.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Wear a Domino’s-approved uniform; wear an apron when handling food.
• Bike drivers must wear helmets.
• Use professional language and avoid profanity or inappropriate content.
