About The Position

The Environmental Service Project Custodian performs project work in assigned areas using a variety of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and procedures while following prescribed cleaning techniques. The position is also responsible for following all prescribed safety standards. The role is in Facility Operations at UHS Senior Living at Ideal, on the day shift, with 40 regularly scheduled hours per week.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and follow oral and/or written instructions, including precautions, hazardous-material labeling, and other safety-related written materials.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of housekeeping or environmental services experience and floor-care experience.

Responsibilities

Perform project work in assigned areas using supplies, chemicals, equipment, and prescribed procedures and cleaning techniques.
Follow all prescribed safety standards.
Identify and observe precautions and hazardous-material labeling, following oral and written safety-related instructions.
