About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). This role provides non-routine administrative assistance of substantial variety and complexity, serving as an organizational authority in administrative responsibilities. The candidate will develop, recommend, and implement timely completion of functions to satisfy company requirements, which may include scheduling of material, man-hours, or information services. This position requires cross-functional communication and support across multiple teams, monitoring and attending daily/weekly meetings, and taking notes for classified meetings to understand team-level impacts on Work Orders/Project Work. The role ensures necessary information is available for teams and leadership to enable execution, prioritizes and resolves Cyber Information Planning Systems (CIPS) activity in accordance with assigned priority levels, and reviews assigned Electronic/CIPS requests (larger projects/scope/budgetary/schedule) to support site surveys. Responsibilities also include drafting/submitting Technical Solutions and costing, familiarization with implementation/integration processes, devising/drafting Bill-of-Materials/Rough-Orders of Magnitude, and tracking Material Orders (MO), expectation of delivery, and creating Purchase Orders (PO).

Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have 3 years or more of directly related experience.
  • Must have 4 years or more of directly years of work history.
  • Experienced with requirement software tools, plans, schedules, and coordination of detailed phases of work through the selection and adaptation or modification of techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in network communications processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-routine administrative assistance of substantial variety and complexity.
