The Drafter supports the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). This role involves progressive administrative and/or technical support assignments, evaluating and adapting standard techniques to plan and conduct assignments. The candidate will have experience with requirement tools, plans, schedules, and coordinating detailed phases of work. Responsibilities include reviewing results from assigned tasks to ensure completeness, correctness, and proper documentation. The Drafter will interpret requirement specifications, support system/network architecture design and development, and integrate/implement solutions for communication hardware, networking, encryption, applications, system administration, and network concerns. This position also involves preparing and updating layout drawings and documentation packages for IT equipment installation and troubleshooting, conferring with subject matter experts, and establishing schedules for package reviews. The role requires applying concepts for drawing databases, templates, and requirements, solving problems that require investigation of variables, and reviewing completed drawings for accuracy and conformity to standards. The Drafter will interpret requirements and perform analyses to ensure objectives are met.
