About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join a growing team supporting the implementation of business communication and connectivity solutions. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, operations support, account coordination, implementation support, service delivery, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computers and web-based systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects throughout the implementation lifecycle from initial design through successful completion
  • Coordinate project milestones and ensure timelines remain on track
  • Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and next steps
  • Schedule and coordinate required resources to support project implementation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within internal systems
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to manage project activities and provisioning tasks
  • Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution
  • Ensure customer expectations are properly managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accountability for project outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
