The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for supporting the successful execution of client programs and projects through operational coordination, project tracking, reporting support, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with the Account Management, Operations, Audit, and Scheduling teams to help ensure projects are organized, accurate, and progressing according to timeline expectations. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining project visibility, supporting execution workflows, coordinating administrative and reporting tasks, and helping drive operational consistency across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
