About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the consultant division leadership team administratively, including performing routine procedures and tasks associated with the day-to-day running of projects. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the consultant team on specific short and long-term projects, oversee tasks delegated by the project advisor and/or leadership team, coordinate with necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure projects are moving forward on time and on budget. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, focus, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity supporting senior staff members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, be detail-oriented, and exercise good judgment.
  • Above average organizational skills, good listener, and team player.
  • Must be comfortable dealing with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Above average computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and learning new databases.
  • Positive and encouraging personality.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team’s success.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.

  • College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership, including arranging meetings, presentations, creating and editing reports, meeting minutes, calendar management, creating memos and documents, preparing mailings, and team travel arrangements.
  • Develop project timelines or workflow spreadsheets/documents.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate office protocol with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in process development and improving efficiencies by creating and/or maintaining SOPs, checklists, and other documentation for clear communication and optimized processes.
  • Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
  • Create, maintain, and track Community Health Worker Certifications.
  • Handle information requests, research, route correspondence, collect and analyze information, and initiate telecommunications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
