As a Project Coordinator with IT experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing numerous projects, including and especially IT projects related to server, firewall, and printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Project management experience, especially with construction supervision.
Working knowledge of IT functions, especially server, firewall, and printer maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Good organization, time management and prioritization.
Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
Great customer service and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged: Spanish

Responsibilities

Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitating communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes, to track progress and identify issues.
Identifying potential risk and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and facilitate communication.
