About The Position

Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator for their Springfield showroom. This role involves supporting Designers or Key Business Managers on new construction and kitchen and bath interior design/remodeling projects. Once contracts are signed, the Project Coordinator will manage project planning, scheduling, quoting preliminary designs, ordering materials, processing customer payments, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, supporting existing customers and following leads, with opportunities for commission earnings and business learning. The company notes that 90% of their Sales Managers began their careers as Project Coordinators.
