As an IT Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to assist the Project Manager. This includes understanding project goals, deadlines, priorities, resource administration, financial management, and assistance in preparing presentations and general coordination / administrative tasks, which may include some meeting scheduling. The project coordinator reports to the Finance and Performance Lead and has a dotted line to the IT Project Manager to which the projects are assigned. The PM ultimately owns all responsibilities for the project; the Project Coordinator is to provide support.
