About The Position

Automus is seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating Oracle Fusion Application implementation projects, tracking project progress, project deliverables, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role supports project managers in delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX implementation projects while ensuring adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
Have skills in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
Excellent service-driven customer-focused skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects is preferred (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX).

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning and coordinating Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and status updates with clients and internal teams.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and assist project manager with change requests.
Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and project expenditures.
Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment schedules.
Support data migration, training, and go-live readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation methodologies and organizational standards.
Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Escalate project risks and issues to project managers as needed.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of resources in the project.
