Requirements

Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience supporting or coordinating projects, contracts, or financial tracking
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms is a plus
Knowledge of project budgeting, tracking, and reporting is highly valued

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities to keep work on track.
Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and financial tracking materials.
Monitor project progress and schedules, identify risks or issues, and help drive solutions.
Support development and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional project teams.
Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure key deliverables are met.
