The School of Public Health (Global Mental Health & Flourishing Lab) is seeking a service-minded, detailed-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to support ongoing work on global mental health within the lab. The role will focus on coordinating the lab’s internationally-based projects, including those in Ukraine, Germany, and China. The project coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of research studies, including communication, data management, and workflow oversight. Essential skills include organization, attention to detail, excellence in administrative tasks (IRB and other study documents), the ability to execute research according to protocol, and to organize team members and foster a healthy lab culture. The ideal candidate will interact effectively with diverse participant populations and internal/external partners with high integrity and strong oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing study progress reports, maintaining the lab website, holding weekly meetings with staff and RAs for progress updates, goal-setting, and problem-solving. The project coordinator will also establish and maintain data tracking systems, manage project datasets, and assist with data cleaning and preliminary analysis. Support will be provided to the PI and project manager for scheduling, event planning, and other administrative tasks. This position is hybrid eligible, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in person. All offers are contingent upon a satisfactory criminal background check and education verification. The position is fixed-term with an end date of 5/31/2027, potentially renewable for several years based on progress and funding. The initial duration is at least 1 year (100% FTE), with a 2-year commitment preferred.
