Requirements

  • Reviews all deal sheets and contracts submitted by salespersons for all new buyers, including commissions liability, deposits, and all other pertinent information. Prepares addendums to contracts as required.
  • Produces weekly sales summaries and other reports for distribution.
  • Maintains contract files and purchaser databases.
  • Receives and tracks broker registrations and licenses, and maintains all broker information files as required.
  • Receives records and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent. Prepares monthly escrow reconciliations with the Project Accountant.
  • Prepares and submits reports and backup documentation to the Project Accountant and Project Director (bi-weekly/monthly) for commission payments to both in-house and outside brokers.
  • Reviews all purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness. Prepares deal sheets for submission to the Project Director for execution.
  • Receives, records, and prepares deposits for submission to the escrow agent.
  • Communicates with buyers regarding impending closings.
  • Answers all incoming inquiries regarding closing requirements.
  • Handles financial institution inquiries regarding closing requirements.
  • Arranges closing dates and times.
  • Schedules purchaser walkthroughs in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager.
  • Communicates with the attorney regarding outstanding closing issues.
