This role is for a Project Coordinator who will assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle. The Project Coordinator will work with multiple Project Managers to ensure project delivery meets clients’ expectations and the project is completed on time and within budget. This role involves administering project setup in the financial system and project management application, acting as a central information source, and following up daily with project team members on uncompleted tasks and open issue logs. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for updating project status with clients, researching and compiling project data, monitoring budgets, coordinating with other business areas, organizing and maintaining filing systems, preparing purchase orders and coordinating material orders, preparing project invoices, and assisting with project closeout documentation.
