About The Position

Brighter Image Cleanup & Abatement is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator who demonstrates drive and genuine care for their work. This role is a hands-on project and field operations position focused on execution, communication, field development, and problem-solving. It involves coordinating multiple jobs, priorities, people, and deadlines, reviewing site details, and thinking critically through site conditions and service options to develop solutions remotely. The coordinator will work with field technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and service providers, providing clear direction, following up persistently, and learning service details quickly. Staying organized amidst shifting priorities, asking pertinent questions, and making sound decisions with good judgment are key. Initiative is highly valued.

Requirements

  • Set hours from 9 am to 5 pm, with ability to handle urgent items outside of those hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in field services, facilities, construction, restoration, cleaning, abatement, pest/wildlife, maintenance, dispatch, logistics, vendor management, or subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating multiple jobs, priorities, people, and deadlines at once.
  • Reviewing site details, photos, notes, assessments, and project information to understand what needs to happen.
  • Thinking critically through site conditions, service options, risks, and practical next steps.
  • Helping develop solutions for sites remotely, even when every detail is not perfectly laid out.
  • Working with field technicians, vendors, subcontractors, service providers, or remote teams.
  • Giving clear direction while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Following up persistently without being robotic or abrasive.
  • Learning service details quickly and helping others understand what good work looks like.
  • Staying organized when priorities shift.
  • Asking good questions and digging for the information needed to make a solid decision.
  • Using good judgment when the next step is not obvious.
